He graduated from Stanford Law School and has attended both Oxford University and Grinnell College. His legal expertise in labor issues stems from his time at O’Melveny & Myers LLP, further solidifying his qualifications for this leadership role.

While White takes on this interim position, the NFLPA is actively initiating a search for a permanent executive director, which will also follow a player-led process.
