EDWARDSVILLE – The Madison County Regional Office of Education celebrated a milestone achievement by awarding the inaugural Alma Irene Aitch Scholarship to ten deserving students from high schools across Madison County. Each recipient received a monetary award of $1,000 during a special ceremony held recently.
