He is recognized as a “progressive fire service leader” by the LAFD, advocating for education, empathy, and kindness.
Joining the LAFD in 1995, Moore climbed the ranks from Captain (2003), Captain II (2008) to Battalion Chief (2014). He also has experience as a Public Information Officer and has participated in various Incident Management Teams throughout California.
